“I wanted to write another review about the technician Colton. He’s a good guy and did a great job trying to resolve my concerns. Even though I didn’t agree with the process beforehand, and had a misunderstanding with Method. I thought he did his best for being in a tough situation, and made the most of it. I also can appreciate how fast they got out to help me when I was really worried about a big leak we had, not related to their installation. Method can take down my earlier review.”
