Our story
From a one-man van to a trusted local team
Method Air was founded in Draper in 2005 by Cody Pilcher, who set out with a single goal, to become one of the premier heating and cooling providers in Utah. In 2019, Darron Rowley joined as a partner, pairing Cody's hands-on HVAC expertise with the finance and business-development experience to grow a dedicated service division.
Two decades on, our team has grown to more than 20 people who handle everything from same-day repairs to full system installs and light-commercial projects. As a Bryant and Carrier factory-authorized dealer that services every major brand, we bring the same honest, no-upsell approach to every one of our HVAC services, whether it is a midnight no-heat call or a planned replacement.
